Dr. Eastman is the Chairman of the Federalist Society’s Federalism & Separation of Powers practice group, and also a constitutional law professor at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law in southern California. He also previously sought the position of California’s Attorney General
Dr. Eastman will speak with us about many recent Supreme Court cases, including King v. Burwell on Obamacare, the Arizona redistricting case, and Yates, concerning whether destruction of “documents and other tangible objects” includes fish. He will also talk about cases that might be before the Court next term.
