The Honorable Gregory Katsas will discuss the major cases from the October 2010 term of the United States Supreme Court, which recently concluded, including trends and significant developments in the case law.
Gregory Katsas is a litigation partner in the Washington office of Jones Day. Between 2001 and 2009, Mr. Katsas served in many senior positions in the United States Department of Justice, including Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division and Acting Associate Attorney. Mr. Katsas is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge Edward Becker and to Justice Clarence Thomas.
