Those interested in policy often look to the federal courts for trends, but most cases are heard in state courts. Ohio is no exception. Justice DeWine will address some emerging issues in the law that Ohio's Supreme Court and other state courts have recently been tackling, including administrative deference and economic liberties.

We are applying for one hour of Ohio CLE credit for this event. Membership in the Federalist Society is not required to attend our programs or to receive CLE credit for accredited activities.
