Professor Baker, Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Catholic University of America School of Law and Professor Emeritus at Louisiana State University School of Law, will give a one-hour lecture on the constitutional powers delegated to the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. This is a portion of the 10-hour course Professor Baker taught in Fall 2013 with Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.
