Mr. Capozzi will address the roles that law clerks play at the U.S. Supreme Court. His remarks will cover the history of Supreme Court clerks, the certiorari process, how cases are heard on the merits, and the emergency docket.  We have submitted this topic for CLE credit.  Approval is expected.
