Religious Liberty at the Supreme Court: 2021 and 2022

The Supreme Court's most recent term ended with high-profile liberty rulings, including Fulton v. City of Philadelphia and several Covid-related cases. This term, set to begin in October, will bring more religious liberty and related cases before the Court, including Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
 
Mark Rienzi of the Becket Fund joins us to review the last term, preview the next term, and analyze the future of religious liberty at the Supreme Court. Professor William Saunders from The Catholic University of America will moderate the conversation.
