Collis, University of Texas at Austin School of Law, at the Federalist Society Seminar at the 2021 Nebraska State Bar Meeting.Professor Collis will describe the current lay of the land related to religious exemption law under the Free Exercise Clause, including the impact of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia and the shadow docket cases. He’ll also deliver some of the best legal and policy arguments both in favor of and against having robust religious exemptions.
