The U.S. Supreme Court is poised for one of its most important terms in years.  The Court has the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare), the Stolen Valor Act (misrepresentation of military honors), as well as cases involving human rights, plea bargains, and whether a warrant is required to use GPS technology to track a criminal suspect.

Mr. Katsas is a lead counsel on the Obamacare case.  He will share his perspective from the front-row he has occupied as an advocate and as former head of the Civil Division in the Justice Department during the George W. Bush Admnistration.  He will discuss what to expect from the Supreme Court in the coming months.
