Commissioner Peter Kirsanow and Professor Brendan Roediger will debate the ways in which lawyers use statistical and other evidence as proof of systemic racial discrimination and the merits of these uses. The debate will focus on the recent Department of Justice report that examined the City of Ferguson and the Ferguson Police Department.  The Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Sr., retired U.S. District Court Judge, will moderate the debate.
