Kyle Duncan is a lawyer in private practice in Washington, D.C. with the firm of Duncan PLLC. He previously served as Louisiana Solicitor General and as general counsel for the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty.
Kyle has argued numerous appeals in federal and state courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He currently represents the State of Louisiana in several constitutional challenges to its marriage laws.
