Please join the San Francisco Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for a talk entitled "Nationwide Injunctions in the Modern Legal Landscape."  Our speaker, the Honorable Beth A. Williams, Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice, will discuss the inception of so-called “nationwide injunctions” in the 1960s through their current form today.
