This event is not open to the Press.

Please join the Miami Lawyer Chapter and Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office for our Annual Law Review and Journal Topic Selection Night, a networking reception for law students from all Miami-area law schools to meet with members of the judiciary and practicing attorneys and discuss potential topics for their law review and journal articles.

As the nation celebrates its 250th anniversary, this year’s program will place special emphasis on the role of legal scholarship in examining the principles of the American Founding and their continuing relevance to contemporary legal questions. Judges and practitioners will share perspectives on the importance of rigorous research, thoughtful engagement with founding-era sources and constitutional principles, and scholarship that contributes meaningfully to our understanding of the law.

Students will be encouraged to explore potential article topics and to follow up with judges and practitioners working in the fields that most interest them.

Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Tickets:

$5 Members | $10 Non Members | Free for Students
