Justice Wiggins will be speaking about error preservation and the proper role of judges in the adversarial system, and Q&A will follow his remarks. This is the fifth in a series of lunch discussions with the Justices of the Iowa Supreme Court hosted and sponsored by the Iowa Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. Previous events were held with honored guests Chief Justice Mark Cady and Justices Thomas Waterman, Edward Mansfield, and Bruce Zager.
