The Chicago Lawyer’s Chapter of the Federalist Society invites you to an editors’ presentation of Liberty’s Nemesis, a recently released book edited by Dean Reuter, Vice President and Director of Practice Groups of the Federalist Society, and Professor John Yoo, University of California, Berkley, School of Law. Liberty’s Nemesis examines the growth of the “administrative state” through a collection of works contributed by leading scholars in the area of constitutional law.
