The Federalist Society will be hosting an intimate speaking dinner with Wall Street Journal editor and columnist James Taranto on November 6th at Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in downtown Austin. Mr. Taranto will be speaking on the highly-publicized issue of college sexual assault, and the problematic due process questions it raises. This timely topic will involve a discussion of the politicization of criminal law, and examine the influence of the Dept. of Justice under the current administration.

 

Cost: $40 Federalist Society members / $50 for non-members

The event will be held in a private room, and diners will enjoy their choice of entrée as part of a three-course dinner; a cash bar will be provided.
