Earlier this year, the Supreme Court granted review of the federal government’s lawsuit challenging Idaho’s abortion laws as preempted by the federal Emergency Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA). Ahead of arguments later this month, the advocates for the State of Idaho will discuss this important case on regulating abortion in post-Roe America.
