Join the Hampton Roads Federalist Society Lawyers Chapter for an informal discussion on the Senate confirmation process for Judge Neil Gorsuch, nominee to the Supreme Court. To kick off our discussion, our guest, Professor Craig Stern, of Regent University School of Law, will offer a few thoughts on the confirmation process, and share some anecdotes from his time at the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary and on the Reagan transition team.
