On January 20, the Houston Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society will host a lunch presentation by Professor Hadley Arkes, Founder and Director of the James Wilson Institute on Natural Rights and the American Founding, entitled, "The Natural Law in American Constitutional Jurisprudence."
