Fingers Cross-ed? The Establishment Clause after American Legion

Please join the Federalist Society Orange County Lawyers’ Chapter for a talk on where the Establishment Clause stands after the Supreme Court’s recent holding in American Legion v. American Humanist Association (i.e., the “Bladensburg Cross case”). The discussion will feature:

• Jordan Lorence, Senior counsel and director of strategic engagement with ADF and renowned expert on matters concerning religious liberty, who will discuss the context and implications of American Legion.
