Event with Clark Forsythe

Author Clarke Forsythe will deliver a presentation on the results of his exhaustive research into the internal deliberations and machinations at the United States Supreme Court during the pendency of Roe v. Wade and its companion case, Doe v. Bolton.  Attorney Forsythe is the author of Abuse of Discretion:  The Inside Story of Roe v. Wade (Encounter Books 2013) and The Medical Assumption at the Foundation of Roe v. Wade & Its Implications for Women’s Health, 71 Wash. & Lee L. Rev. 827 (2014).  Attorney Forsythe will also address the Hellerstedt case now pending before SCOTUS as well as the implications of the nomination of Judge Merrick Garland to the court.
