We are honored to have Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit join us for a breakfast conversation. He will briefly discuss emerging privacy issues in our technological age, and then we will open it up for a question-and-answer session. Born in Romania, Chief Judge Kozinski emigrated to California with his parents when he was twelve years old. He received an undergraduate degree from UCLA and graduated from UCLA law school. He began his judicial career as the Chief Judge of the then newly-formed Court of Federal Claims. Subsequently, in 1985, President Reagan appointed Chief Judge Kozinski as a United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit. He assumed the Chief Judge position on the Ninth Circuit in 2007.
