Bob Barr represented the 7th District of Georgia in the U. S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, and now practices law in Atlanta, Georgia. Ronald D. Rotunda, The Doy & Dee Henley Chair and Distinguished Professor of Jurisprudence, joined the faculty in 2008.  Before that, he was University Professor and Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law.   He is amagna cum laudegraduate of Harvard College and amagna cum laudegraduate of Harvard Law School, where he was a member of Harvard Law Review.
