Justice David Nahmias- Shortly after the September 11 attacks, Justice Nahmias became one of the Justice Department’s leading terrorism prosecutors.  He assisted in counter-terrorism policymaking and served as a liaison to other federal agencies on terrorism-related issues.  Justice Nahmias also served as United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, supervising the prosecution of many high profile cases, including of Eric Robert Rudolph.

William Jordan– Bill Jordan is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group in the firm’s Atlanta and Washington, D.C., offices.  From 2001 through 2003, he served in the Justice Department as the Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division and Senior Counsel to the Associate Attorney General. In those capacities, he supervised litigation and other matters for the federal government in areas including terrorism-related cases.                                       

Dean Reuter –Dean Reuter is Vice President & Director of the Practice Groups of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy. He has served in two federal government agencies, including the Offices of the Inspector General, as Counsel to the Inspector General and Deputy Inspector General, responsible for policing the legal use of federal funds granted and contracted through those agencies.  He is the co-author (with John Yoo) of the book:  “Confronting Terror: 9/11 and the Future of American National Security.”
