The OC Lawyers’ Chapter of the Federalist Society invites you to join us as John Shu, who served in the Bush-Cheney Transition, discusses the history and law of the modern presidential transition, which started with the Presidential Transition Act of 1963 and was amended most recently by the 2019 Presidential Transition Enhancement Act. Mr. Shu will also discuss the key tasks that every incoming administration strives to complete.
