The Supreme Court of Texas is the Court of final appeals for all issues of state law.  Due to the retirement of Justice Harriet O'Neill, this year's election will fill an open seat on that court. The Federalist Society, committed to raising the profile of judicial elections and increasing voter knowledge of their options in those elections,
