Craig Richardson is the Vice President and General Counsel of El Paso Corporation's Pipeline Group, the largest network of interstate natural gas pipelines in North America. Prior to joining El Paso in 2004, Mr. Richardson was a litigation attorney specializing in oil & gas, antitrust and environmental law. Before his legal career, he served in various civilian capacities in the United States government. A retired Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves, for over two decades he served as a naval intelligence officer in various military operations around the globe including Operation Enduring Freedom. Richardson received a Bachelor's degree from Pomona College, a Master's degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and his law degree from Stanford University.

The cost of the luncheon is $17 if paid in advance and $20 if paid at the door.
