The Little Rock Lawyers' Chapter of the Federalist Society proudly hosts a lecture and guided discussion of voter identification laws and their impact on ballot access and election integrity. John Fund is the national-affairs columnist for National Review Online and a senior editor atThe American Spectator. Previously Mr. Fund served on the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal, where he worked for more than twenty years. In 2004, he wrote Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy, in which he strongly criticizes the American election system, describing it as "befitting an emerging Third World country rather than the world's leading democracy." He published an updated edition of the book in 2008. Mr. Fund and Hans von Spakovsky co-wrote Who's Counting?: How Fraudsters and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk in 2012, which also addresses the issue of voter fraud in U.S. elections.
