Between 2001 and 2009, Greg served in many senior positions in the U.S. Department of Justice, including Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division and Acting Associate Attorney General. In these positions, he handled or supervised most of the government's leading civil appeals. Recently, he briefed and argued the landmark health care case in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Greg will be discussing several of the most interesting cases before the Supreme Court this term.
