The Death Penalty has resurfaced yet again in public debate. A Federal District Judge has ordered a moratorium on executions in Ohio. The Ohio Supreme Court has created a task force to study potential reforms. Justice Paul Pfeiffer has called for repeal of the death penalty. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters is a vocal proponent of the death penalty. Kevin Werner is executive director of Ohioans to Stop Execution. The Cincinnati Chapter of the Federalist Society is pleased to host Messrs. Deters and Werner for a luncheon discussion of the future of the death penalty in Ohio.

The cost of lunch and the debate is $15.00. Members and non-members alike are always welcome.
