Mr. Lorence will be discussing Town of Greece v. Galloway, a legislative prayer case in which ADF represented the town, and in which the Supreme Court is expected to issue an opinion shortly. He will also be discussing the Supreme Court’s recent denial of cert in Elane Photograophy v. Willock, an ADF case in which a photographer was told by the New Mexico Supreme Court that she must, as “the price of citizenship,” use her talents to communicate a message with which she disagrees or else suffer punishment.
Cost: $10 per person (includes lunch and CLE credit)
This event has been approved for one hour of CLE credit in South Carolina. Doc’s barbecue will be catering the lunch.
