Come join Oklahoma Secretary of State Chris Benge as we celebrate the 800th Anniversary of Magna Carta. Oklahoma’s State Capitol has been chosen to host a special exhibit commemorating this seminal document in the history of Western liberty. The Oklahoma City Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society is teaming up with Secretary Benge to host a reception on April 2, 2015. Members of the Governor’s Cabinet, State Legislators, and all statewide elected officials have been invited as well. While you are at the Capitol, be sure and tour the exhibit and learn more about our legal inheritance.
Location: Oklahoma State Capitol (Governor’s Large Conference Room)
East side of the Capitol Building Second floor, just past main entrance of the Governor’s office.
