Zachary Schram serves as Staff Director and Chief Counsel for Ranking Member Gary Peters on the Subcommittee on Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management in the United States Senate. From October 2015 until February 2017, Mr. Schram served as Senior Advisor and Investigations Counsel at the Department of State. Previously, he led complex bipartisan investigations as Senior Counsel to Senator Carl Levin on the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. Mr. Schram also spent two years as Counsel at WilmerHale representing a wide variety of clients in congressional investigations.
