This Teleforum conference call examined how the Federal Communications Commission and states can work together to address the transition from circuit-switched to Internet Packet (IP) telecommunications. Our experts addressed the recent National Association of Regulatory Utility Commssionsers Task Force Report on Cooperative Federalism.
