Earlier this month, the Federalist Society’s Telecommunications & Electronic Media Practice Group and Corporations, Securities and Antitrust Practice Group co-hosted an event with Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP featuring Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) Commissioner Christine Wilson. Commissioner Wilson was interviewed by Svetlana Gans, Vice President and Associate General Counsel at NCTA – The Internet & Television Association.
Commissioner Wilson discussed many topics, including a potential federal privacy bill, the FTC’s hearings on competition and consumer protection in the 21st Century, and merger review at the FTC.
