Historically, Chicago has one of the most infamous reputations for voter fraud of any city in the country. In 1982, a federal grand jury estimated that 100,000 fraudulent ballots had been cast in the election and over 60 people were convicted of voter fraud. Is this still a problem today? Is voter fraud a problem in other parts of the country?  What steps can be taken to minimize the opportunities to commit fraud and change election outcomes?
