The panelists will review these cases, among others: H.H.S. v. Florida (Obamacare), Arizona v. U.S. (Arizona immigration law), Hosanna-Tabor v. EEOC (church's right to fire ministers), U.S. v. Jones (GPS tracking by police), Perry v. Perez (Texas redistricting), FCC v. Fox (TX indecency), and Mayo v. Prometheus Labs (patentability of diagnostic processes)
