Mr. Keller will discuss the duties of the executive branch to enforce the laws of the United States, the Take Care Clause, and legitimate reasons for an executive to not enforce duly enacted laws.  Mr. Keller will compare examples of nonenforcement from previous presidential administrations to the current presidential administration's decision not to enforce certain laws.

Cost: $10 for Federalist Society members and government employees, $20 for non-members (lunch included)
