Professor Gerber is a professor at the Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.  Professor Gerber has written five books, including two on the subject of the Declaration of Independence: The Declaration of Independence: Origins and Impact and To Secure These Rights: The Declaration of Independence and Constitutional Interpretation.  Professor Gerber is Senior Research Scholar in Law and Politics at the Social Philosophy and Policy Center at Bowling Green State University.
