The Nevada Attorney General's Office at the U.S. Supreme Court - A Review of Key Cases this Term and Nevada's Involvement

Lawrence VanDyke, Nevada's Solicitor General, will discuss several of the important cases that the United States Supreme Court is deciding at the end of this current Term. He will also highlight the role the that the Nevada Attorney General's Office has played in some of those cases -- including the steps necessary to obtain Court review of cases important to Nevada and shaping the arguments made to the Court.
