Leo Schofield was convicted of his wife Michelle's murder despite no physical evidence linking him to the crime. Interest in his case renewed after Gilbert King's Bone Valley podcast uncovered new evidence, ultimately contributing to Leo's release on parole in 2024. The Prosecutors podcast later conducted a detailed legal examination of the case, offering a prosecutor's perspective on the evidence.
