The Iran Nuclear Deal: How Did We Arrive Here and What Can Be Done Next?

Mr. Jaffer is currently the Director of the Homeland and National Security Law Program at the George Mason University School of Law.  He was previously Chief Counsel to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations—where he was the architect of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, which gave Congress the right to review the Iran Nuclear Deal.  He also previously served as an Associate White House Counsel to President George W. Bush and Counsel at the Department of Justice's National Security Division.
