Please join the Columbus Lawyer’s Chapter of the Federalist Society, Ohio State Moritz College of Law Professor Ric Simmons, and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law’s Brian Ray as they discuss the future of surveillance. Professor Simmons recently published "Smart Surveillance: How to interpret the Fourth Amendment in the Twenty-First Century," and he and Professor Ray will be discuss several topics from that book, including facial recognition technology, monitoring of electronic communications, and the use of big data in criminal investigations.
