The Federal Response to the Opioid Crisis

Please join us for a luncheon event with Matthew Krueger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, who will present, "The Federal Response to the Opioid Crisis." Drug overdoses, driven by opioid abuse, have become the leading cause of death for persons under age 50. President Trump has declared a public health emergency, and the federal government is taking aggressive actions to address the opioid crisis. This presentation will provide an overview of the opioid crisis and the federal response, highlighting key legal issues.
