Hon. Gerald Walpin recently authored The Supreme Court vs. The Constitution. He serves on the Federalist Society’s Board of Visitors. Walpin was appointed by President George W. Bush and served as Inspector General of the Corporation For National and Community Service (the Domestic Peace Corps) from 2007 - 2009. Before that, he practiced at the firm Katten Muchin Rosenman and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of Special Prosecutions in the Southern District of New York.

Brian Clarke is an Assistant Professor at the Charlotte School of Law where he teaches employment law and civil procedure. Before that, he practiced with Littler Mendelson, PC in Charlotte and Nexsen Pruet, LLC in Greensboro.
