The Congressional Review Act: Process and Procedure

Now that the election has brought Republican control of the White House and Congress, rules issued this past summer or fall may be subject to review and disapproval in 2025.  The CRA provides Congress with fast-track provisions to overturn recently-issued regulations.  This congressional briefing session will discuss process and procedures around the Congressional Review Act.
