Clint Bolick is one of the liberty movement’s most distinguished public-interest litigators. Before joining the Goldwater Institute, he was a co-founder of the Institute for Justice and the president of the Alliance for School Choice. He has successfully argued cases across the country, including in the U.S. Supreme Court, and he has drafted freedom-enabling legislation and constitutional provisions enacted in several states. The New York Times profiled him in a 2011 article titled “A Watchdog for Conservative Ideals.”
