It's time once again for one of our favorite annual FedSocMN traditions, the SCOTUS Round-Up! This year's edition will once again be presented by our good friend Aaron Van Oort, a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels and a former clerk for the late Justice Antonin Scalia. This is sure to be another great review of the most significant cases from the Court's recently-completed term.
