Alaska Lawyers Chapter, Federal Bar Association (Alaska Chapter)

Please join the Alaska Lawyers Chapter and the Federal Bar Association (Alaska Chapter) for its first annual Supreme Court Roundup to discuss the blockbuster cases—and other interesting cases—from the Supreme Court’s past term.  We are pleased to be joined by Kannon Shanmugam, widely recognized as one of the top Supreme Court litigators in the country, having argued 36 cases before the Court.  Among other interesting cases from last term, Kannon will explore the Supreme Court’s affirmative action decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, the voting rights decision in Allen v. Milligan, the student-loan forgiveness case in Biden v. Nebraska, and the religious liberty case in 303 Creative v. Elenis.
