We're pleased to be co-hosting James C. Ho to give us a recap of the most recent US Supreme Court term. James will focus on the most important opinions from this past term, including those in the much-anticipated Fisher and DOMA cases.

James is one of the leading appelate lawyers in the country, is a former Solicitor General for the State of Texas, and has served in all three branches of the federal government. He has served as chief counsel to Senator John Cornyn and the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, and previously clerked for Judge Jerry Smith of the 5th Circuit, and Justice Clarence Thomas.
