Supreme Court Review

Join us Tuesday April 9th for a broad review of recent Supreme Court decisions. We have assembled top appellate litigators to educate and entertain lawyers and non-lawyers alike. Some of the recent opinions have made the headlines and others have not. The major decisions have impacted environment and land use matters, tech and social media, as well as first amendment concerns and the separation of powers. Jim Burling and Peter Torstensen are familiar with all of them.
You can also expect these practitioners to provide some insight on what might be coming next summer.
Judge Steven Clark will moderate the discussion and welcome questions from the audience.
